Shipping & Delivery
At A&E Leisure, we are committed to making our products affordable and accessible to as many people as possible, which is why we offer a variety of delivery options. Standard deliveries occur between 7am and 9pm, Monday through Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays e.g. an order placed after 2pm on a Friday for Next-Day Delivery will be delivered the following Tuesday. Please note that Bank Holidays are not considered working days and should not be included in order processing times.
Delivery Details:
- Signature Required: All orders require a signature upon delivery.
- Insured Shipping: Valuable items are shipped using an insured service for added protection.
- Standard Shipping: Smaller or lower-value orders are sent via FedEx.
Additional Terms:
- Remote or Large Deliveries: For orders to remote areas or for oversized/valuable items, additional delivery charges may apply. We will always contact you to discuss options prior to applying extra charges.
- Adjustments to Delivery Fees: We reserve the right to adjust our delivery charges as needed. Any changes will be updated on this page.
- Delivery Refusals: We reserve the right to refuse delivery in certain circumstances or to adjust charges if the incorrect delivery type is selected. In exceptional cases, we may also decline to provide delivery service.
